Default Strange issue with Impreza. Some Help?

Got back from Vegas to a dead battery. Go to checker and pick up no battery. After installing the new battery it started just fine, however I could hear a relay clicking inside the cabin and my corner lights and tail lights would flash for about 20 seconds, then stop, then repeat to flashing.

So I turned the car off, thinking it needed a second or so. Go to turn the car back on and it wont turn over, all I got was a click like battery was dead. Took battery back to Checker and it was fully charged. Nothing wrong with battery. I bought some fuses just in case one was dead. The only way I can get my car not to flash its lights and turn over is by removing the door lock fuse. Any ideas?

Does it have an aftermarket alarm? Seems like a problem with the security system. The alarm is probably going off but the horn for the alarm is not working, If it has an alarm disconnect it and see if that helps.

No alarm Brody. Must keyless entry from factory.

Try finding your keyless entry box and disconnect it and see if it stops. is the security light blinking in the gauge cluster?
