Default Best ODB-II software?

I will be using a laptop since i think i am going to sell my palm. Multi-car use is nice but not nessacary. I Have a MY99 and i think someone on the board had trouble syncing with his?

I've had nothing but great results with my software...

Easy to use, lots of functionality. Too tired to write a lot but I haven't had a single problem with it.

But there may be better ones out there.

I like Alex's at obd-2.com I have used it on 99's and my 00 and several other makes other than subaru. You can download a test version from his site and check it's features. Plus Alex's price and service are very nice.
