Default Adding a touch of Eurpoean RallyCross to STPR...

Some changes to the SuperSpecial stages at STPR (www.stpr.org):

1.) The Central NY SCCA Rallycross folks will be running a program of rallycross in conjunction with the SuperSpecial stages!!!

2.) Side-by-side racing will be the order of the day for the new SuperSpecial course! We won't have the TopGear loop for this year, but gap jumps over alligator infested waters and herds of near-sighted rhinos will line the course

I was told by the rally chair for CNY that there would only be 1 car at a time. Did something change? If so, how did you manage to get insurance for the event???

Jim -- The side-by-side portion will be for the STPR SuperSpecials only. My understanding is that CNY SCCA's insurance situation and timing gear limitations will indeed limit them to solo runs.
