Default Code P0607?

So I was driving my girlfriend home tonight in my car, running a Rallitek 93 Octane TM2 Injen map on my Accessport. I made a turn in 2nd gear, accelerated and i got to ~3000 RPMs and the check engine light came on and cruise control started flashing. Once this happened I couldnt rev it above ~1500 and the car wouldnt go any faster then 5mph even with my foot to the floor.

Pulled out my Accessport and got the code P0607. Cleared it and it was okay for the rest of the night. I googled it and searched several websites but I can find a straight answer. It seems as though no one really knows what causes it? If anyone has some insight thatd be great, hopefully it doesnt pop up again.

From what I have read, it has to do something with a bad ECU. The ECU programming has failed.

I'd check your grounds first to see if anything is shorting out or if there is a loose ground.

But from what I've read, the fix usually means replacing the ECU with one that isn't defective.

This just happened to me tonight on my way home from work. Although I have a 2011 with 2500 miles on it. Zero mods. I got both P2109 and P0607. I let it sit for 10 minutes and it seemed to be fine but I had it towed to the dealer.
