Post Are fog lights under warranty?

My right fog light went out and I got it to work for a while bit by giving it a little smack. I thought I fixed it but now it is out and if I hit it it flashes blue a little bit. There is probably some bit left that is touching when I hit it. Will they replace it or should I upgrade to some better fog lights? What do I do if the other fogs use more watts?

I believe they fall under the <=18,000 mile wear item limit in the warranty.

Coincidentally, my wife's old Saab had headlights blow at 18,100 and 18,200 miles respectively! (doh)
