Default fitting a randomtechnology highflow cat on a 98 L

is it possible to fit a randomtechnology highflow cat on a 98
2.2 L?? From what I understand the flanges from the 98 to the 99 are different but that shouldn't be a big deal because I can get new flanges welded onto the pipes... What about the bends from the RS to the L? Are they the same? Atleast up to the headers?? Has anyone done this before?
