The 6 speed is a great transmission. I drove it personally and it shifted perfect. Pair it with the twin disk and it really is an awesome combo! The clutch is normally a $2000+ clutch. Bump for a great deal!

how many miles on the tranny? V7 or V8, does it use 5 x 100 hubs or 5 x 114.5?

I can get you better pictures, but these are of just after the heads were pulled and found a broken sleeve in cylinder 4. So, sorry, they haven't been cleaned at this time.

Current miles were 1,7XX mile as of time from built to installed to bottom end issue. Heads are fine thou. Work was peformed by Chastain Motor works in Jonesboro, GA. Super tech'y questions, you may want to ask b reel on WRXAtlanta. He current has the heads with him at Chastain. Here is the link to heads. Having seen the transmission, it uses 5x100 hubs. I am not sure how many miles though.

I believe it's a V7. Here is the code off the casing: EA-TY856WB2GA.
It is the 5X100 R160 setup.
I believe that the person I got it from when I bought the car said it had around 69K kilometers on it then. I may have driven it 2-3K miles since I had the car.

I don't see why not. I had a brand new STI short block with CP's in my car with these heads. The CR in theory would be higher, but the chambers have been cleaned up/ opened up, so it's maybe a point off from stock. I do not have the exact CR for stock STI pistons setup.
