Washed the car the other day.

I realized how much I disliked the damn tints. So I took a blade and removed them. It was hell, they wouldn't come off. After much struggle.

Then I took the car to duratech and had it rust proofed over the rust proof I had already done myself.

So I bought BBS Golds wrapped in Potenza R07s and UPS lost my center Caps. I have to say, every time someone ships me something with them, I realize how incompetent they are.

Here is what I got though.

I posted a few months ago about my gas pumping issue.

Basically I couldn't freely pump gas into my car without the pump shutting off every liter. It drove me crazy, so I started looking around for the cause. I finally realized my filler neck was rusted beyond belief. Subaru made them wayy to thin

I bought a new one and swapped it out, about 2 hours worth of playing around.

And

Then I cleaned the interior

I didn't however realize that it didn't come with the filler tube shut off valve. I'm going to have to buy one from the dealer on Monday.

Fantastic work man. But what's with the head unit? Isn't it suppose to replace the stock radio?

^It's right under the non-functional stock radio. I plan on putting a zeitronix there or something or other gage once I have the ej20 swap done.

So what ej20 are you looking at? Just a stock wrx or possibly a 207 sti engine and 6 speed?

^I would love to just run a stock wrx engine. I do 200 miles a week of driving, I need something reliable and as economic as possible.

There is still a lot to do. After the winter I Plan on getting a few things repainted. I really want to do the swap but the RS engine still runs fine.

I did notice a bunch of things I didn't like...

The paint on the roof isn't good, there is already bubbling.
Their really isn't much torque on the low end. I use to own an S/C eclipse and I enjoyed the torque.
