From this I'm going to assume 65mm.

I've noticed my eibach sway bar is no longer parallel to the ground in the rear since the c/o install. I think I've read about this online before. Is this ok? Are my sway bars still providing the amount of load as they were before the lowering of the car? I'd say the rear sway is about 30-40 degrees above parallel.

Uh, are you sure its 40*? Thats a ****load, if you're lowered on coilovers I'd be surprised if the sway bar could achieve a 30-40 degree angle without hitting the ground

Did you make sure the coils were even before installing?

Yes they were even. Okay I think its more of a 10-30 degree. Can't be accurate. Here is a picture

I had a different mental picture of what was going on, I'd have to get up under there and see it stock and then with the sway to tell you for sure. Can anyone else chime in?

Ok quick question just did some data logs everything looks but 1 question on boost. I am running stage 1 ACN map which calls for 15 psi max boost. I am seeing about 15.4 to 15.6 peak boost. From what I've read within 1 psi is ok. What's everyone's thoughts and is this enough info? Thanks

You're fine. If you get over 16 you'll have to start thinking about your bpv, and at 17 your intercooler.
The ap says ~.5 variance is expected. Especially in the cold

Ok thanks.

How do people go stage 2 then if that calls for 17psi? Is stage 2 unsafe then?

They will hold higher, the numbers I posted are the lowest numbers I know of where theyve been reported to blow. I have heard of one or two cases of BPVs separating on stock tune.

That being said I've spiked over 20psi with mine and its magically still together

Cobb OTS stage 2+AEM. I overboost in 4th because of my exhaust, and I have the "bulletproof" TMIC mod

tp stage 2 is 19psi..although it usually only reaches 18 or so, probably because im 850ft above sea level. I think my bpv is fine but idk

Whats which part?

Cobb OTS Stage 2+AEM - A preformulated map available for download on Cobb's website for use on an Accessport that is intended for a mostly stock car with a catted downpipe and an AEM intake

"Bulletproof" TMIC mod
Available to buy here assuming they're still in stock

Houston is supposedly only about 50-100ft above sea level, I guess that would contribute to higher psi

So in your guys opinion would a dp and ots stage 2 be relatively safe? Stage 2 is as far as i want to go, but also want to be safe.

i haven't personally heard of any stage 2 failures with torqued performance stage 2..but I'm sure some one has blown up...idk...seems pretty safe as long as you driving in a relatively sane manor. Cobb's got to be pretty safe considering the amount of people who use it...

its probably safer than stock honestly...but if you blow up stock you can just go get a new engine from subaru, if you are tuned it could go either way

Make sure its a catted DP and you should be ok. I would also consider doing something for your intercooler and BPV, Stage 2 is usually in the 18-19psi range and both those parts have been reported to fail at lower pressure than that. Granted those aren't the majority of cases, but its not really the kind of thing you want to chance without a backup either

Ok sounds good thanks for the input.

I was just looking at cobbs map that I would be running and the target boost is 17psi. But still better safe than sorry on those two parts!
