Seems like at your rate your warranty period will be up in no time at all! I'd say just ride it out for now and tune it later.
I've always thought that warranty > mods when you don't have a backup!

Good luck! Sounds like you should be done with the break in very soon. What catback did you purchase?

I think you'll enjoy your N1. I have the "Race" and like how loud it is. You get used to the noise either way (or just love the rumble!), and it isn't bad at all on the highway.
I'd imagine the "Street" is probably better for average people and passengers. |

I can't imagine how it would matter, I ordered and picked my car up with the SPT catback already installed. Unless it's something that would require a tune, I don't know why it would make a difference.

What kind of personal gain do you get from statements like that? And if you don't than why make them? They don't contribute anything. I don't need a lecture about this being a free forum of opinions or whatever, and I won't derail this thread any further by arguing with you. I guess this is a futile request that you not say things like that. Sorry, I guess I'm just too conscientious. |

Let us know how you like the N1. I wanted that exhaust but had to keep the quad tips so I went with the Nameless Performance axleback

New to the forum and I just wanted to say hey. Got my 2011 Blue Hatch a few weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. I had a few B5 S4s before this but I wanted something on warranty. I had never considered a Sub but once I test drove it I fell in love. NASIOC seems like a fun forum and I look forward to some future mods!!

Yeah, flaps are definitely not hard. Only thing to watch for is breaking snaps but other than that, it's a breeze.

Mudflaps are easy.. I had a N1 Street on the hatch and it droned so bad that I had to part with it. Im sure it will drone a tad less in a sedan considering the trunk is enclosed space now.
