OIL AT TEMP light flashing while driving the car - Page 2

my AT oil temp started to flash right after i installed my turbo inlet... so how much is a brake switch and how does it look like?

So I know this is completely wrong year car and way different situation. Ive got an 02 wrx. I did a complete swap over to auto. . So things that were changed is this: transmission, driveshaft, rear dif, pedal assembly, shifter assembly, under dash harness (Have to, 5spd harness doesnt have the plugs for the auto), instrument cluster, ecu. I am sure there is some stuff missing but simply put you would never know the car wasnt an auto from the factory. My problem is the same flashing A/T fluid temp hot. Fluids are at the right levels. Car seems to drive fine. Just dont know what the problem is. Oh, my brake lights work like a charm.

Did you swap out the radiator for the AT cooling lines?

That's not good ! Hahahahaha I had similar problem with my dsg 09 turbo jetta after bolt ons and a stage 2 flash and a lot of beating under warranty .. u should probly beat on it more ! Or get a k20A swapped Honda so it can take the abuse, and hopefully it wont get stolen like mine did . Then u end up getting a subaru and loving it because its the best of all worlds - Awd turbo manual winning

Joe, yes tranny lines were installed(OEM).

Ok so I figured out my turboxs tuner was causing the flashing light. Evidently the tcu and ecu communicate. The TCU limits torque taking readings from the ECU. I really need to find someone with a good base tune for a 4EAT.
