Blinky? come on is that really the best you got? If I had a penny for every time i've heard that i could probably pay to fix your car. Poking an insult at something someone cant help? Classy.

Does anyone have a 2008 hatch (not too sure if it makes a difference) premium package? I have a question about the heated wipers/windshield. It looks like mine may have been replaced by the original owner, so I'm wondering if your front windshield has the "Subaru" Label or if it has the heated strips or not...not too sure how the heated system works in this. Thanks ahead of time if anyone knows.

Haha, yeah it comes on with the defroster button. I don't really mind if it doesn't have it, but if that's the case, I want to see if I could get something back from the dealership as I was told it had it. I'll see who show's up tonight and try comparing maybe.

My legacy has the wiper defrosters too, poor engineering on subaru's behalf though, I've had them replace the coil on mine under warranty 3 times in the 2 yrs i've had it.

hey has anyone ever used Sea Foam on there engines? I was told its great for cleaning out all the built up carbon.
I noticed my car has been smoking and smelling like burnt oil out the tail pipe after sitting all night or any long period
I was told Sea Foam would do the trick
anyone ever use it before?

In terms of a quality product, sea foam is great. I've never personally used it on any of my cars, but helped a friend use it on his 88' IROC and my brother used it on his 2000 Camaro when he had it. It does a great job-Just follow the instructions and you'll be golden. I believe it says to introduce some through the brake booster, some into a nearly empty gas tank and some into the oil reservoir (in this case you need to do your oil change within 100 miles. This is from what I remember though; I know there's some other postings on NASIOC, just search for them.

Also, be ready for a lot of smoke! I remember when my brother did it on his first car (88' Firebird) the whole block literally filled up with black smoke--so much so that a firetruck showed up on our block looking for a house in fire, haha.

Worked good on my 1st motor, didnt do much on my 2nd motor. This motor was cleaned when i put it together so it wouldnt do much in here, you can run it in the fuel and through the intake without any issues, i wouldnt run it in the oil if youve been using good oil in the car, theres really nothing to clean in there.
