Question What is wrong with this pic.

He has 2 of something. Can you figure it out. I didn't know you could do this. Maybe its APC's new stick on.

haha two intercoolers! Sure you could do that you would just need to have some crazy piping going on. I wish i had boost high enough to need two intercoolers and the money to buy two intercoolers.

I'd be willing to bet that the FMIC isnt hooked up yet. That looks like a Blitz or Greddy core yet the fog lights are still intact and that is a no-no with those kits.

A couple of us were thinking about this possibility. Buy the smallest FMIC you could find and either keep the stock intercooler or somehow find a smaller one. This would cut back on lag-like effect and provide better air cooling capacity then just the stock or even upgraded TMIC.

He just has the core mounted and the tmic still there. I did the same thing for couple days til I could drive to a muffler shop to get my bov welded on my i/c pipe. You should've have the how many dumbass people I fooled telling them I had 2 intercoolers. Somebody even started a rumor that I had a twin turbo wrx with dual intercoolers.

I don't see how having two intercoolers would reduce lag at all? Unless you ran them in parallel...but that would pretty much make the front mount pointless. If you had them run sequentially you would have super cool air, but lots o lag i would think.

Hey I'm famous. Ok you caught me. Just had the top mount in for a couple of days before I had time to finish the install. I think I was waiting for a short ram to replace my CAI. Someone happened to be snapping pics at the track and it ended up on the site. Just running the blitz FMIC now. Good eye though. Love to see someone with it actually hooked up.

Wait a second. Did you notice that he blocked off his hoodscoop from underneath. Or do you think that it is some kind of mesh to protect the TMIC?
