They must have loosened up a bit. I remember when I uses to frequent tracks it was 13.99 for a helmet and 11.99 for a roll cage. Sucks for cars that can run 11s with minimal mods and stickier tires....

It's getting to about freezing temperature now at night so I'll be throwing on the stockies and winters tomorrow. Going to be jacking up the coils to get some more ground clearance too.

Where do you find the motivation to keep doing it??

I feel i need a whole new rebuild because i want to change things to what i want now.. but thats a whole lot of money... and i dont even have a rotated setup or stand alone... :/

I have a built motor, but really... i don't like it :/ i'd do things way different now...

Not sure... I keep doing it so I can continue to drive the car. It's just so fun ripping it around at track days.

Also cruising on the street, drop 2 gears, mash the gas and listen to the ewg and let'er rip. Smile on my face every time

Finally got around to getting the car ready for winter. Been so lazy but once the snow hit a few days ago it was crunch time! Should have done it earlier. Froze my ass off in below freezing weather.

Summer wheels off

Maxed out the rear height

This is how you make 17x8 +53 stockies into 17x8 +18. My fenders are pulled so they're still tucked! Looks a lot better though than +53

Rear off the ground

Front off the ground

Wheels back on, finishing up (car is frozen by now) 4 finger front gap and 3 finger rear gap when it's dropped down

Droop travel FTW

Front lip off

Got a $10 hand car wash at this place a lot of Vancouver Impreza Club owners go to. Should have taken a before picture. Car was amazingly dirty after driving to and from Whistler, BC after spending 2 days there doing some snowboarding.

Degreased my wheels 3x and the whole car twice. Gave it a nice spray under the car as well to get all the salt off. Halfway through he even moved the car forward to rotate the wheels 180 degrees to clean the other side better!
