Anyone fessing up to a WRB sedan with 22B red calipers, Saturday around 9.15pm at Somerset and Bank?

If so, where d'ya get 'em, and how much? And does that mean the stock 16" rims clear them? Or were those UK OEM 17's?

Or was it a paint job? Sweet anyway.

TIA

First post? I saw you registered today..... Welcome to I-club....

For that subbie, I doubt it's the 4pot caliper because they don't clear the stock WRX/RS wheels since they only 6.5" wide and the 4 pots need 7" wide rims.... unless they had 17" or 18"....

To paint the caliper (which I should be doing soon) is available at most performance shops.... My buddy just bought some caliper paint at Speedstyle and kit cost him $50.....

Some say to use "high heat engine paint" sold at Canadian TIre but it's a spray can.....

Thanks for the welcome! Yes, first post - well spotted. Been lurking since the back end of last year though; got the wrx early March, just beginning to think about some mods... to keep the relationship fresh

I had bad scoring on just one fr. rotor after only 7500 clicks - Otto's just machined both the fronts to even it up, but it got me thinking about brakes in general. I wanted to keep the stock 16's though, at least as winter rims.

Yeah! Welcome!

Robin and I will be installing DBA gold rotors and Porterfield pads on my rex this week or this week-end, welcome to drop by.

I too want any brake upgrade I do to fit my forrester steelies in 16"...

Oh yeah, I know someone that was advertising 22b red calipers kits front and rear for only $3000 CDN... They apparently fit the 16" wheels with 3mm spacer...

Enjoy!
