Where does the brakcet for intake go??

i have been searching for the past hour and cant find anything.
does anybody know where do you connect the bracket to to hold up the new intake?
a picture would be helpful

i am not sure its a tube style, like any of the ones for the post-1999 impreza's. except i have a maf adapter for the filter.
it has a bolt welded to the bottom before it makes the 90 degree turn. and has a bracket that is about 6-8" long, each end is bent. one of the ends is about a 20 degree the other is about a 45 degree.

Still not sure what intake you have...

But that bracket probably attaches to this other "bracket" like thing on the passenger side strut tower wall, or it could attach to the stock brace on the motor for the stock intake system. There should be this tower looking thing on the left side of the motor.

do you mean this bracket if so.
it will nott attach to that bracket.
what do you mean as far as bracket on passeneger side tower wall. thanks...chad
