You should get some logs with knock correction and knock learning as well.

added a new log. I have some knock but its only 1.4 is that bad or am I good?

That is a learned correction ("fine knock learning"), so it doesn't mean you knocking every time you see a negative value in the logs. It means that the ECU learned a correction in the past based on a perceived knock event and then applies that correction to a wider load/RPM range around that event. As you drive and load and RPM changes you'll pass through different cells of the fine knock learning table and the current learned correction is applied (as well as potentially learned).

That said, this is a minor correction in a low load cell. That is, occasional small corrections, especially those at low load, are nothing to be concerned about it.
