Default Water getting in the door

Due to my speakers going I took off my door card to get them out and take them back but I noticed the spacers on the front splits were rotten in parts and had some mould. *those speakers were fine, the other ones were going and not touched by water*

I found that it's getting in around the mirror on the rear of it, it drips right where the speakers are going back in *new ones I'm waiting to fix this before I install*..

I'm not sure what to do?!? I've looked into it and the closest to an answer I've found is "take it to the dealer and they should fix it for you"

I own an 02 bugeye and it's second hand so I highly doubt that's an option :/ anyone else had this problem? there just seems to be a gap between the end of the little rubber window.. thingy? :P and the mirror housing
