My protune wont highlight on my ap

When I was going back to stock I had no problem selecting any of the maps on my ap. After flashing to stock mode I went back to my ap to look at my map selection options and now my protune will not highlight. Does anyone know any trouble shooting tips? Ive already contacted my tuner many times and he told me its already in the right format and is matched to the right serial number.

I think because u r seeing that in "realtime" your protune might have to be a "reflash" only. so go to change map, reflash and it should be selectable.

how do I take off realtime and have it on reflash only.

Is this a version 1 (brick-looking device) or version 2 (smaller with color screen) AccessPORT?

I'm having the same issue and it has nothing to do with realtime or reflash, i can't do it on either mode.
