You know, as cheap as the cover is, might as well! The only problem is painting it. But if you send the bumper to the shop fresh off the shelves, you'll only be charged for the paint and labor to paint it.

um what yr of car etc. if its a brand spanking new one then take to dealer and it would be under waranty. Same thing happened to my 07 tundra i had on both rear wheel wells and they fixed it underwarranty.
