Finally upgraded the awful stock speakers - I know that most say replace the headunit, but for how loud I listen to it, the new 6 1/2" component speakers with tweeters is fine. Sounds very crisp and clear and is plenty loud for me (won't listen past ~28 or so) and that is with the Nameless exhaust too. No muffled noise from the speakers like the stock ones when it gets too loud so all n all, pleased.

Haha yah - well stock speakers blow, literally, they're horrible. This is the only speaker/audio upgrade I'll do - just wanted some extra clarity. Also with the nameless exhaust some crisper mid and high's helps!

Debadged the front grill, removing the "WRX" - think it's a bit cleaner looking. Also added some eyelids aka "vinyl overlays"...hard to really see but they look better in daylight.

Thank you sir.

Also - ordered springs and LED kit, will install soon along with painting calipers black.

Anyone know of some good "WRX" decals I could put on the calipers, similar to the likes of the STI on the brembo's.

H&r springs... Had them on my previous legacy and liked them a lot, plus I think the drop is good specifically for the '11. Wheel well gap will be cleared just to my liking with them

Welp, I Got my H&R springs last week and had them installed at Outback Auto down in Auburn (always do great work, and have done all the work on my car). I like the drop, as it's still rides very similar to stock, feels a bit more responsive and little more grounded.

Decided to go for a drive and snap a few pics... enjoy

Hard to get a great before/after, but I did take in the same parking spot and the "same" angles. Lightings a bit different u.nfortunately

Few shots from the drive:

I like how defined the lines of the car are in this picture

K, last one, I swear!

I'll try... I have one on YouTube you can check out but it doesnt really capture video as much as just the sound of the car through 3rd gear and the coasting in 4th for a second...

EDIT: Here is the audio clip of the acceleration through 3rd and into 4th.

Here is another right after the install, starting it up for the first time...

Stay tuned...

They feel really nice so far. Less than a week but they feel really similar to stock in terms of daily driving. When you need the more aggressive handlign and push it a bit, it definitely makes the car feel a bit more grounded or "heavy" in the sense that it is hugging the ground more and decreasing some of the body roll. I thought it would have dropped it a bit more, but the pictures don't quite give the most accurate representation of the drop. I still need to measure the fender to ground again since the drop but it is right about an inch or so in front and rear...

Finally got a new shift knob. I must say, it makes a lot bigger difference than I thought it would. For just daily driving, it makes shifting so much more effortless and it feels a lot more forgiving shifting from gear to gear. The weight feels nice as well as the design. If anyone is on the fence with the Subaru STI Duracon knob, I'd recommend it.

Also got LED's installed in the interior as well as the license plate, I like them a lot as they're a lot cleaner than the standard OEM bulbs/color.
