Default FS MD: 1994 Subaru Legacy Turbo Wagon - $800

1994 Subaru Legacy Touring Wagon.

Desired 2.2 4cyl Turbo
automatic trans
154k miles
Factory CD Player
Original Winestone paint
Dark grey interior
Roof and Hood were professionally painted black.

This has been a 2nd vehicle that I have owned for 2.5 years, I purchased it from a lady who used it as a commuter. I have put very few miles on the legacy in the past few years. In that time I have caught the car up on maintenance. I replaced the plugs, wires, all filters.

The car did run well, but today it just quit on me, and wouldn't restart. It gave no warning, it may be the engine, but I am unsure. The transmission shifts fine.I have always run premium fuel and the car has never run more then factory boost. The car does have some rust on the rear quarters (bubbling), and the clear on the rear bumper is letting go. The interior is in great shape. I am a subaru enthusist, and bought the car for its rarity, but realistically I don't use the car that much.

The price is $800 as is, and you bring some roller wheels, I am keeping the snowflakes for my Forester.

Hmmm. So tempting.

I have the rims off my 93 with new rubber and WRX takeoffs as well. Any idea why it's not running or are you just moving on?

Shame to see a good wagon likely stripped for the block. The horror! You bastards! Kidding. Well mostly.

If we can get it running I'd consider it, but then you'd just keep it.

I had the car listed a few weeks ago for $2500 running with extra parts. I am not sure what happened, I heard a noise, stopped, saw the a/c belt was broken. It didn't want to restart.

Heres the deal, my forester is down with a dead trans. I just scored a trans, and was on the way home with a lsd wrx diff when this happened. I just don't have the time/energy to tear into this engine. This is a great car, and I loved driving it. My plan was to make it a rat rod wagon. Slammed with white walls/smoothie rims. I am just being realistic that I have to many projects.
