Default HR: Subaru Pressure Washer

I have a Subaru Pressure Washer I got brand new in the box. I have used it 3 times since I've had it(once on the house, twice on my car).

I went to start it up one day, and it wouldn't start. I took the fuel lines off, and fuel was flowing, but it wouldn't start up. With the use of starter fluid, it started right up, but quickly shut off after eating all the started fluid. I am not sure what the problem is, but it does seem to be fuel related.

I have seen some of these washers go from $700-$1000+ online. I am willing to sell mine for $450 or a reasonable offer.

I will NOT ship this, and I would like local pickup only, unless you are within the HR area and want me to meet me halfway somewhere, it can be arranged.

On to the pics...

Any questions/concerns, give me a call or text at 757-739-1430, names Tim.

Nah, I'm not too savvy with pressure washers, and I could use the money honestly, I just started my new job, but won't get a check for another two weeks.

The problem is that the fuel was allowed to sit in the carb and gummed it up. You will need to pull the carb apart and give it a quick cleaning. It will start right up

In the future if you want to prevent this, run some fuel stabilizer in anything you don't use all the time

Thanks man^, however, I've never dealt with a carb, so if someone wants this at a cheap price and only needs a quick fix, let me know.

I do appreciate it though man. That's good to know for future reference.

I'm putting my name in the hat so to speak I'm waiting to hear back from my BiL to see if he can pick it up for me. What kinds of payment do you want? Paypal? Cash? Check?

I'd prefer cash if it's local, paypal is no problem either, though.

Quick question:
What kind of pump is it?
Is it a stainless frame?
What model is it? MightyM?
When/Where did you buy it?

Sorry, my BiL is the expert in all this, so he knows what questions to ask

I'll have them bring cash

To be honest, I have no idea what pump it is, or the model. I just went to look at it and saw the serial number AP0345294, if that helps. Also, I am 98% sure the frame is stainless.

I got it in March from another person at the command I was at, he had ordered two Subaru washers since he had a Baja and wanted one also. It came in the box with all the
manuals, unfortunately I don't have either the box or manuals anymore.

I hope the info helps, if you need more give me a call or text at the number provided in the OP.
