My first Subaru super excited!

Few pics from the dealer when I picked it up on Saturday. It was on the lot for 8 days. She had 12 miles when I got there and 36 when I left. This car is even better than I expected .

That's EXACTLY what I got lol. I think the trip computer is way too slow. It isn't giving the real time AVG MPG. I wish there was a way to change it to instantaneous fuel economy.

Main thing I noticed was everything was smoother, especially in the lower gears. Car definitely has more spunk and is everything I was expecting, probably more. All the extra monitoring features are awesome. It is a way powerful device and worth every penny. Especially if you can pick up a used one locally. I saved 200$ buying used but if it came down to it, I would pay full price.

What's being done: mileage 4000

Red translucent painted brake lights.

I will get better pictures once I get the third brake light installed again. I tried the overlays and couldn't really get it to turn out perfect so I went with the paint and could not any happier. Highly recommend the red translucent paint with a few clear coats.

Wow you're driving your car a lot more than I am lol. I have it since december and I just barely have 3000 miles on it. And the Cobb AP was probably the BEST mod I've done to the car. It felt like a completely different monster after I installed the OS Stage 1 map. Your logs look good but you should post them in the "Engine & Tuning Management" section so the expert at Cobb can give you some input. How are those perrin swaybars serving you? Noticable different in handling? Understeer, oversteer?

Yeah I drive about 50 miles a day which is fun but it racks up the miles quickly.

Unfortunately I have been out of town the last few weekends and have not installed the sways or shifter Bushings yet. I plan on doing it this weekend so I can report back next week.

Thanks! After a good cleaning the pearl looks amazing. It's my favorite color as well.

It's so hard to capture on a phone camera though. I need somebody with some photo intelligence to take some real pictures.

Sorry man, unfortunately I can't be much help. I paid a friend of a friend $40 and he painted them for me. All I did was drop them off and pick them up.

He used a translucent candle apple red paint but I do not know the brand and then several clear coats.

Did you get the knock sorted out? I see its consistent around the rpm in both logs, definitely something to watch out for.

Do you mind elaborating?

Everything I have looked at suggests no issues. I re-watched the healthy engine video from cobb and everything seemed to check out ok. Also I posted my logs in the AP section on nasioc and Cobb responded that everything looked good.

A/F Learning [1 +/- 8%] ok
Boost [+/- 1] ok
DAM [0 to 1] ok
Fine Knock learning [-1.4 to 0 approaching 0] ok
Feedback Knock Correction [0] ok

If your seeing something I am not, let me know.

On both logs your knock occurred at the same RPM and then also increased, its very slight but like I said probably something a tuner or something with more experience should check out. Also when I had the OTS Stage 1 Cobb map there was no feedback knock at all in any log I did, your car may not like that map.
