Ok wheel gurus, assist me in my quest for wagon greatness:

year:03
model:Impreza TS wagon
wheel model: Undecided
wheel size/offset: Undecided. I need help.
tire brand/model:N/A
tire size: Undecided. I need help.
suspension: ST coilovers
fender mods:Not opposed to rolling

What I'll be using my car for:
DD with AutoX mixed in.

What would be the best way to make use of my wagon's narrow rear end? 17's are what I'm looking at.

Maybe some 17x8 or 9 and you want to keep the offset as close to 45 as possible. I've actually never set up a wagon, but have read a lot on the wagons. I think your best bet will be around 17x8 et45. Or a 17x9 et 45 with a 245/40

A lot is going to depend on ride height and suspension travel. You should be able to run a 17x8 or 8.5 in the +45 range with a 245 tire without much trouble. If you are willing to run some negative camber (maybe -1.5*, which would actually be beneficial in auto-x anyway) and roll the rear fenders, you can probably up to a 17x9 +42-45 with a 245 or 255. Oakos has RPF1s in 17x8 and 9 +45 available in a couple color options.

I have no problem doing rear camber. I'll just grab some rear camber plates.

Will I have issues with inner rubbing? I'm not against rolling or pulling, just wondering if I'm gonna need spacers before I pull the trigger. Thanks.

Hey guys, I already have these wheels and did a test fit. They basically were scrubing the second I sat in the car. My questions is if fender rolling will give me enough clearance? Most people I know that rolled their fenders only scrubbed on bumps so I'm not sure if fender rolling will help. The tires are (2) toyo proxes 4 and (2) Goodyear eagle gt. The OD's are within 1% off each other but I believe the eagle gt is wider (even though both have the same tire size). Thanks for you help!!

The mystery here is: will I require spacers to make this fit/work?

Need some help guys.

I have a 18x8.5 +48 that I'll be putting in my 2012 wrx
I'm trying to get some opinions. What tire looks better with just the OEM Suspension ?
245/40 or 255/35 ? Will any of this reduce my wheel gap ?

Pictures will really help or any comments

fender mods: none yet, open to rolling

Im curious as to whether or not this will rub? Im not sure if ill have clearance between the tire and the suspension, can anyone verify if I will? Or will I need a spacer? Will I need more than a roll to fit these? Im not looking to slam the car, more of a DD/occasional auto-x car.

Will going to these wheels make it feel like a dog? Im rolling on stock wheels and oem size tires right now

Turned out pretty good! Thanks for the help on fitment questions guys, could actually have run a much more aggressive offset in the rear. Going to lower it 1.5" or so in the spring probably.

^^ yes it will work. Shouldn't need too much camber but you will need a decent roll

Needing some guidance on tires size that will fit. Trying to do an 1 1/2 drop but not sure yet. I feel like I will need 225/30 or 235/30 tire. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

See my post above. I just installed that exact size and offset. Wont need any camber really, stock spec will be fine, and might need to roll fenders depending on height.
