Thank you for the suggestion, I've actaully read this before. However, I would prefer to have a set of Mags on my Subie but at a resonable price.
Somewhere at or below $170 per mag.

My greatest issue is finding a compatible mag at that price and ideally in the 17" range since 18" is a little large and cost more in rubber.

Might you have any other suggestions?

Dear Lords of Fitment, please guide me on my journey, it's been tough finding anyone running something like this on the narrow 3rd gens. So I ask, will this work? Or will the 17x8 +35 route be better for me?

year: 2010
model: WRX hatch
wheel model: Enkei RPF01
wheel size/offset: 17x9 +35
tire brand/model: Dunlop Star Spec
tire size: 245/40/17
suspension: BC Racing coils
alignment: stock currently, will align with new setup
fender mods: none, will roll for sure, will I need to pull?
spacers: nope

Here is mine. I don't see why yours wouldn't fit with less offset and the fenders rolled. However, being the 10 I don't think yours is a wide body right? But then again, I also have .75 added on the width of every wheel. I think you would be fine. Your not that far off stock.

year: 2011
model: WRX
wheel size/offset: 17 x 9.75 +25
tire size:235/45/17
fender mods: rolled
spacers: No

Yea, that's my issue I don't have the wide body, and I've not seen anything like what I'm looking for, just plenty of widebodies. But, I'm thinking I'll be okay

I ran 17x9 +38 245/40 and only rubbed in the front on bumps. I was raked real hard and tucking tire up front and 1 finger gap in the rear with -1.75-2* of camber around. Depending on how low you go... It most likely will not be a problem.

This all I have for pics from my phone. At this height it didn't rub at all. When I lowered it about 2" more around it started rubbing.

Looks great, thanks for uploading those. I'm as low as you are in the front on all 4 corners. Will definitely be going 17x9 for next summer.

Trying to figure what will satisfy my Meaty/Stanced/Functional Look im going for, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Year: 2006
Model: Wrx Wagon
Wheel Size: 18x8.5 XXR 521 +35 or XXR 530 18x8.75 or 18x8.5 Rota SVN +48
Tire size: Not sure, mostly what i need help in.
Fender Mods: None right now, will roll, and open to pulling
Suspension: BC BR Coilovers

So kinda need help mainly on tire size. And how wide i can go without looking to retarded and having to run stupid amounts of camber.

My car how it sits now.

Kind of the look im going for, if possible on my wagon.

Pictures taken from Car Gallery section.

Just to readdress my former post...

Went 17x7.5" +48 on my wagon, and the results are about perfect...

An 8.5+" wide wheel + appropriate tire with a +35 offset is pretty much GOING to require a pretty aggressive roll in the rear. the +48 on an 8.5" wheel would as well, but not as aggressive....

With my setup as it is, I won't require a roll but I'm at the absolute maximum I can go without it being necessary. Wouldn't be AS bad if Federals didn't run so wide, but I'm not complainin'.

Looks really good man. I think I'm gonna roll all corners. And try for the 8.5. If I have to run some camber so be it. I think I can make it fit.

Just not sure what size tire to get.

Have a 05 wagon on Cobb springs. Looking to run 17x8.25 +35. Not sure what size tires I could run if at all.

lol xxr's.

on a wagon, you'll have a tough time running anything larger than a 215/45ish.

get a higher offset, run a wider tire.

College student, can't drop a couple thousand on just wheels. Plus easier replacing a $135 wheel than a 600+ wheel. I'm not trying to impress anyone with some super dope work or advan wheels dawg lol.

Not saying that, but there are several other reasonably price, higher quality options.

Yea. Been looking at the Rota's also. I want the PWR's but 9.5 is the narrowest they make. Might just make them fit lol

Having a hard time trying to find ones I like except for the PWRs. I really like those 2 XXRs I posted above.

Or option 3 put some Work or Advans on the les schwab account and pay them off over like 3 years lol.

buying them through schwab would be infinitely more expensive than saving up and ordering a set through one of the vendors.

Actually you would be surprised. Prices are quiet decent. And interest is pretty low, actually super low. Plus get to build my credit. That's just me rationalizing it though lol.

Say what you want about drags but besides the little bit of extra weight, I've had my 18x8 dr-34's for 3 years and no issues.
For the record, I don't drive my car crazy and I don't race/track at all.

No problems with mine for the few months I daily drove mine and they say a lot of back roads. (17x9 +38 DR-31) then I upgraded to BBS's

Next spring I plan on getting some things for the car finally, but before I start making purchases I just want to make sure I have everything correct.

year:2005
model: 2.5RS
wheel model: Enkei RPF1's
wheel size/offset: 17x8+35 (will stock offset be fine for my intended look?)
tire brand/model: not sure
tire size: probably 225/45/17 maybe 235.
suspension: BC Racing BR Series Coilovers
alignment: stock-getting one after suspension is installed (coils and f/r sways)
fender mods: will I need any?
spacers: 5mm at most (I would like to avoid spacers, but if I cannot that is fine)

I want the wheels to be flush(ish) with the fender and show some meat on the tire still. I essentially just don't want wheel gap. My plan is to DD this setup with Auto-x once, maybe twice, a year if I can find time. Thanks for the help!

Pic for reference on what I want:

Wheel size: 17x9 +35
Tire: Dunlop Star Specs
Tire size: 255/40/17
Suspension: GTWorx Bilstein/RCE "black" springs (approx. 3/4 inch drop)

This car will be setup for spirited daily driving. This is all on order at the moment. Nothing is installed on the car yet. I'm going for a some what "flush" look / meaty tire setup. I'm for sure a function over form guy but do like some "flushness". With this setup I'm told I'll need a rear fender roll (scOOby4life). So my question now is will I need to add any camber to this? Will this setup kill my wheel bearings? And will this setup give me what I'm looking for?

I just hope I'm chasing a unicorn here. Any and all info is appreiciated. Thanks scOOby4life for the past info given. You helped me alot.
