I have heard of some dealers say intake and exhaust is ok but I would make them put it in writing before you do it. Also search for warranty rights on the net I remember seeing a good article if they ever try to mess with you things you can do. For belt pads and cosmetics pick up a sport compact car mag and check all the ads or if you are more motorsports than cosmetic pick up a magazine called grassroots motorsports.

For red Impreza belt pads, seek out Mike Moffa (I think he's the one I got mine from).
Looking or do a search in the classified forum. He sells them there for $15 a pair in black, red, blue,& yellow

Legally you are suppose to be able to modify and part of you motor with out vioding your warrenty...The only what the dealership wont cover it is if the part you break is brokin directly due to the aftermarket part... (ie: the MAF on MY99 due to a after market intake.)
