Default Perrin hatch wing riser and gurney flap

Just wondering on this idea. Will running a set of the Perrin wing risers with them set to the 4 degrees of rake, and the gurney flap from jdmpassword have any reasonable effect on helping to balance out a real splitter and air dam up front?

Trying to see what's possible with out dropping $1500+ on a rear wing for the track days...

Oh, this is for a '13 Hatch...

No, I'd think not. Also, the car will always push no matter what you do to it. tossing a splitter on it wont cure it - take it from a guy who's tried

Rear wing is more performance gained over the whole car than just a splitter.
