Default Damn tire road debris...

Hey guys. Last Friday I was driving to work and was behind someone who drove over a piece of tire and flung it onto my car. Here were the results...

I had a pc and some polishes and got most of it off except the dent... YOu guys think those dent puller from autozone will pull it out? or if anyone knowns any place in socal that does good body work for not too much $$$?

Here are the after shots.

The dent is on the last pic. It is about a nickle size and there are also a few deep scratches... I'm willing to let a shop do it if I can find an affordable and a reputable place. Thanks.

That sucks man, Its hard to tell but the dent may be able to be pulled with a paintless dent repairman. I hate when this stuff happens, you did a good job making it look as good again.

Whoa, that 4th pic made me dizzy when I looked at it. Try using a faster shutter speed or something, make the pic less blurry. I have dents and straches like that too, it sucks. I dont think the dent puller will pull it out cause its to small. Good luck though. It looks alot better.

I've seen a guy who heated up the dent with a blow dryer and then cool it off fast with a can of air turned upside down so only the propellant comes out. Dent popped out.

Great results--I would look into a paintless dent removal (PDR) service locally. Most of them do good work for significantly <$100 on dents like that.

Ive tried that before but it didnt work for me. If the dent has a sharp crease to it then that option probably wont work.

I tried it as well with no success. Paintless dent removal shouldn't cost too much too much like previously stated and is probably the best option.

You should be able to get a PDR guy to do this for fairly cheap...its just a little dent and hopefully pretty easy to get to it from underneath.
