Post Contingency - Subaru,Aftermarket

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can give me details as for as contingency programs with Subaru and aftermarket parts, etc. I read quite a while back that Subaru would pay 150 to winners of TSDs but can't remember details or if any changes happened.
Thanks,
John

Does anyone have info on other contingency plans? It would be great to have a centralized resource or database of manufacturers and suppliers offering these programs

SCCA posts all of the contingency programs on their site, but because some people have had responsibilities changed over there, the '01 contingency progs haven't been tied down and posted yet.

So is Subaru going to require stickers this year? I need to know before the Pro Solo in 3 weeks. I called SCCA, but just got voice mail.
