Default Removing big scratches under front bumper cover?

Ok so today i was on the highway and there was a dip in the road and i was going 70mph :/ i hit it and now i got scratches under the lip of the bumper cover. Do i sand paper it and repaint it? whats your thoughts

Speaking from experience and judging by the few details you have given, leave them be, I would imagine that you will only get more. Besides you don't notice them unless you go under your car to change your oil. If its black then you hit the plastic under the paint. You can only sand and repaint.

If that advice doesn't help:
How bad is it? Is your car for show?

Its not that bad but i would like it to be in top condition :/ and i hit the bump pretty hard,

You mean the underside of the bumper? Honestly, I'd just let em be. More are only on the way. Just think of them as scars not scratches. Scars are way cooler.
You should feel lucky. The original owner of my car apparently misjudged the height of a red curb on a U-turn. My car is white... mostly.

Get a band-aid decal for it. add +5 horsepower. LOL but no, A lot of people are starting to put those or Mr. Yuk stickers by the scrap or scratch. You probably wouldn't see it though so no reason to I guess
