Default 2002 PSM WRX Time Attack Car Part Out - Maybe!

Potential Part Out. Make some offers on the big items (e.g. transmission and engine). I would prefer to sell the car as a whole but am pondering a part out. I don't want any offers for trades! That means if you want the transmission, you will have to sell your own...please don't offer yours plus some cash. Thanks!
All major work has been performed either by Andrewtech or Element Tuning.
The tune was performed by Phil from Element. 507whp/ 510wtq on 110 leaded plus Hydramist.
This car is scary fast!

I have a an 18' Dively Trailer that is also for sale. I'm willing to make a deal on a car/ trailer combo.
Feel free to make offers, ask questions, and request pics.

Full disclosure sale policy:
I am more than happy to answer any questions and take pictures of certain issues. The car will be sold as is with no express or limited warranty. I will make every effort to disclose any issue or blemish about the car.
Here are some of the issues:
Accidents: the car was involved in one fender bender that was never reported as the damage was only cosmetic. I replaced the right front fender. There are some scuffs along the right passenger doors (detailed pictures available upon request).
Paint: there are dents and dings typical of a 8 year old car.
Clutch: the clutch is strong and has a lot of life left on it. Due to how extreme the clutch is, there is a bit of shuttering. Once the clutch is warm the shuttering dissapates. The car has never had a full launch with this clutch installed. The torque that the car puts out could potentially snap the front and/or the rear axles with a full launch. If you want to drag race this car, you should purchase DSS axles front and rear.
Transmission:
The car has a dog box transmission. It is loud and if not properly driven, a lot of driveline jerk is felt. For smooth and silent operation, double clutching is required for upshifts and double clutching plus rev matching is required for downshifts. This applies to all forward gears including 5th.
Idle:
The idle is typically smooth at 1100 rpm. It can be a little erratic at times.
Startup:
The car runs 110 leaded fuel and runs rich at startup and idle. This can cause start up to be rough and take a few times to turn over. This is particularly the case when the motor is cold. 93 pump fuel should alleviate almost all of this issue.
Roll cage:
The door bars have not been installed yet. All hardware will be sold with the car for the new owner to install the bars.
Other items not yet installed, but included with the purchase:
Beatrush alternator pulley
Element Tuning catch can (partially installed)
Element Tuning Hydra flat-foot shifting switch
Racing:
The car has been taken to a track weekend at Virginia International Raceway. The car has never been to a drag strip.

If I can get the right offers for the trans and motor I'll part it out.
The motor in the car is sweet! It was built by Element Tuning's tech and holds its oil incredibly well.

Thanks.
I may not get around to small part responses for some time.
I'm just looking for offers on the big ticket items.

What's reasonable?
The motor has about ~3500 miles on it. I'm thinking $5500 for it?

You are local which is good. $400 for the cage?

FYI to all potential buyers in this thread, nothing will be availabe until mid december if it is available at all. The motor and transmission must go first. Then I will start selling other parts.
Thanks for your understanding.

and I would probably do the seats as well. I wouldn't need the mounts or anything like that as I would be putting them in a different car.
