Default Car maintenance by the beach

Anyone familiar with taking care of their cars by the beach? I was washing my car yesterday and noticed very very tiny little yellow marks on my paint that didn't wipe away. I'm guessing its from the salt in the air. Any ideas or products on how I can get this off? Thanks for any advice

Meguires clay bar kit should take care of those yellow marks it is about 20 bucks at any auto parts store. After clay baring the car put a good coat of wax on it.
