Lightbulb *question* - Clean / Repair JDM STI v6 Heads / Cams ?

So I'm fairly certain these are JDM v6 heads (RHS20V006 and LHS20V008) setup with AVCS and such. I had an intake sprocket break and screw up one of the cams. Looking for input on:

A) can you confirm that these are v6 by looking at the pictures?
B) is there any way to repair the cam or just replace it?
C) where is the best shop to have these cleaned/repaired/etc
D) what are they worth once cleaned/repaired/pressure tested/etc?

I'll try to get another pic of the cam snouts posted. The AVCS hole ARE plugged. The last shop to work on the car had trouble with the UTEC that was controlling the AVCS so they pulled it and plugged the holes...

I think they might be the USDM ej205 heads. Cuz like he said, the AVCS is plugged, and the USDM 02-03 heads didn't have AVCS, but were AVCS ready. Not sure on the head #, but it doesn't Im not saying this positively, but I was just throwing that out there.
