Someone I know is selling an almost new Perrin tmic for '08+ I anyone is interested. He's asking $450 or best offer. It's $700 new I believe. Let me know and I'll give you his number.
All a matter of opinion, I admire your honesty though. I get more people who think it looks Sick as all hell then I do people who are not into it. Everyone has their own style. Just like I hate HATE hella flush and protruding wheels on our cars especially Rotas. Mind you the eclipse is not mine and it's tony's hence he did that to the car lol. You guys loved it. lol Always been a fan of legit parts though too, never liked to cheap out but that's all in ones budget. Would I do it again differently, maybe? But either way I'm happy with it and that's what counts. It's hit or miss. Plus something different separates me from the average guy with a lip kit and gold wheels we see at every show or meet. It's not for everyone but 99.99% of people I meet in the car scene (not just subaru scene) love it and so do I. Remember I join multi category carshows against domestics as well and take home 1st place trophies, not a lot of guys can say that.

i'm with marco. there was so much hate on my car when i had the green wheels...and strangely no one said anything to me in person anyways i'm trying to stay away from the mainstream, thus i'm 99% positive i'm doing highlighter yellow with blue/purple flake on my works for next summer. i want it to pop, bronze is so meh.

It's your car, do what you want. I wasn't a fan of the green, won't be a fan of the highlighter yellow, but whatever, its your car. I voted for the lavender or white or red, but again, its not my car.

I like gold wheels, I like function over form, I think hella flush is hella stupid and stretched wheels and high negative camber look dumb. But those are my opinions, for my car. You're paying for it, do what makes you happy.

i won't run high camber...and the only reason i'm running a 245 size tire is because they came with the car i'll wait until they are done.

i HATE red. still up in the air on white or lavender. i'm just not sure lavender will go well with blue. i still have to meet with the powdercoater, to talk about custom colors. i REALLY want to do a color shift scheme kind of like 'pencil's' varstoens on his bugeye but that would have to be with paint not powder...hmm.

I like flush wheels, not hellaflush. I like colored wheels on outrageously modified, aggressive looking cars, but not on the typical, low-key car. I like cars with kits or skirts that don't look like crappy fitting kits from a magazine. All in moderation.

To me, a $35k car that looks stock but has some crazy colored powder coated wheel setup looks just as bad as the 16yr old kid with a $3k rusty Civic with crazy colored spray painted wheels. Neither of them flow and the mods don't look like they were planned out. Remember my red/black wheels? Yeah... they looked like complete s**t! haha

Marco, you should definitely get some sideskirts or something to make it look more aggressive. I think your car can definitely pull the look off better if the car stood out just as much as the wheels.

It takes time, trial and error and planning to get it right. I personally loved the way my car looked when it was finally done. I friggin loved it. It was simple, yet aggressive. The wheels were flush, but not hellaflush with crazy camber. It was quick, but not $7k built motor and crazy turbo setup quick. To me it was the perfect daily driver and I would have kept it if it had less mileage.

Kinda like Cramer and Nash... they'd still be dating today if Cramer's ass had less mileage on it.

Your Impreza trunk badge is, IMO, one of the simplest yet sexiest of mods I've seen. Period.

The car looks badass in the photo. The blue throws the clean look off.

Beauty about powder coating, I can change the color at any given moment.

Hate to break it to you guys but the color is trending

Skirts and stuff like that are great, you guys forget, I'm a lot lower then you all and if I have to have ANY paint work done on my car it had better be pristine. I do not accept wavy fiberglass parts so in turn my parts before paint will be ridiculous in cost. Maybe a cheap scoop but something as big as side skirts or lip wings need to be perfect. I will never put parts that wave bye bye on my car. Cars may look good passing by but I have an eye for detail. When I look at other cars, I'm looking at quality of work as well, not just a cool look. I have minor dings on my car that drive me nuts. I'd rather repair those and replace OE parts then put an aftermarket cheap kit on it before. Buying used wheels that are curbed up, not for me. I curbed a TE, guess what? I went out and bought a new one, But to each their own. Because a select few don't think my car looks that good or better before doesn't mean I'm going to change and follow their sense of styling when in my eyes and pretty much more then the handful of you guys in here who have come out and said anything, it look fantastic. I agree with Bruce on Function over form however me having my wheels powder coated Moroccan Bentley blue is a ballsy move I wanted to do for my own curiosity and so far it has only struck out with you guys and trust me I'm not loosing any sleep over it.

You can change the color whether theyre sprayed or coated. lol The color has been around. They even make te37's in blue. Just Google "STi blue wheels" and tons of stuff comes up.

I had a business meeting last night and saw your car parked with the white wheels and they look awesome on your car. I think white wheels on your color would look awesome and not as "hey look at me!!" as bright blue wheels.

Ran into hater and his brother last night too. I miss those guys.

Reason why I have white too. And White TE's are everywhere. I'm not the next guy and really didn't want to be the next guy which is why I have 05 white BBS's for winter and the blue TE's for summer. The blue is almost non existent in this shade and the magnesium blue you posted above. They are just starting to trend in this color. How many have you guys even seen in this area or WBM for that matter? Just googled that and you get a total of "7" STi's with blue wheels in different shades out of the the first 45 photos then there seems to be nothing after that. Not as common as everyone thinks.

However, STi white wheels, EVERY SINGLE PAGE has them. lmao I did exactly what you said before I made this move and they are not as common as you guys think.

Hater and his brother are too cool to hang with us, just so you know.

I agree with Nick, the whole mag blue rim thing has been going on for years. This is not some new trend that you are helping to create. I know how much you love the Honda crowd, but this is super popular over there.

I just don't get the whole bright colored rim thing, really makes classy cars look cheap. I loved the original color of your Volks, they just needed some lower offset.

Google search "Mag Blue Rims" and you'll find 100's of cars

EDIT: Not trying to be a dick, that's just my opinion. Really liked the look of your ride pre-painted rims
