I have no idea. Maybe black. Kind of predictable I guess. Metal gray.

I see that you bought your Car from Shumacher too. Are they mod friendly? I've read horror stories about dealers voiding warranties yet they totally replaced your motor at no cost? I'm hesitant to go Stage 2 in my WRX...

Yes at no cost. Now I was a frequent customer for oil changes so maybe that played a part. I'm pretty friendly with everyone as well. They know me. But either way I think they are friendly w mods. I had a lot done that you can visually see and they were ok. But if you are worried about blowing an engine and not prepared to pay out of pocket then be very careful. I was ready to go with my other block if Subaru didn't cover the work.

Thanks for the info...I'll see what they have to say when I go in there for the first oil change. Awesome car btw.

I wouldn't say anything to them. Put the ap away when you get the oil changed. You will be fine.
And thanks! Last edited by jockeygolfs; 05-26-2012 at 10:56 AM. |

Hmmm, SMY Clustermaker sells HT Auto body lips. Hmmmmm seems like good quality at great prices. Thinking of front, side and rear lips plus diffuser.

Cool man. It s a great piece. My AEM gauges are a bit thick though so I don't get to use high beams anymore.

The bezel on the AEM gauges is thick so it pokes out a lot from the SMY cluster. I think Defi gauges are much thinner at the bezel.

I am going to get the package that includes the sides, rear and diffuser in a couple weeks. Figure get the lip now and Check out quality. Plus shipping is free so no big deal on ordering multiple times. I did a lot of reading about them on IWSTI and it seems as though people are happy.

I like the Varis stuff as well:
http://www.kamispeed.com/Varis-GVB-I...vb-impreza.htm But it is expensive. I like the rear diffuser of the Varis better than the HT Auto but i think cleaning my exhaust tips would be a bitch to do with the Varis. Go to about 4:45 into the video to skip all the other cars. I love the front bumper minus the canards. Last edited by jockeygolfs; 05-28-2012 at 07:22 AM. |
