It is a short throw that came with the STI but the kartboy will make it even shorter.

Sorry lol I just assumed you had done it since its usually one of the first mods done on these cars. Guess that's what I get for making assumptions

Well I did do all the bushings a while back. I just didn't think there would be that much of a difference with the shifter. It is hard to tell if you can't test it out first.

True and the bushings are way more important than the factory ss lever.

You should do some more bushings if you really want to feel a change. Like the group n tranny mount, engine mounts, pitch, subframe ect. They make such a crazy difference

I already did pitch and engine mounts. More bushing will be done in the future. But I'm still focused on POWAH!!!!

Carbon driveshaft reduces amount of drivetrain sap. More power to the wheels!! Lovely mod my friend did. Made it easier to drive too he said.

Only problem with bushings is the NVH increase

Yes I can here all the little sounds in my car now. It can suck sometimes.

I'm a little worried about misfires from lightened drive train components such as pulleys etc.

T5 has made my engine sound real sweet. Or at least I think it is the reason it sounds so go right now.

I was checking spt's catalog and they have trans and engine mounts but I haven't looked into benefits of adding

The thicker oil will get rid of some of the valve noise ect. Plus in the hot summer it doesn't run piss thin

Stiffer means more of the power is transferred to the wheels rather than lost through dampening. It makes the ride more harsh as well due to it being more solid.

So I'm going to get a three gauge pod for my pillar. I will be putting my meth gauge and then getting oil pressure and fuel pressure gauges. Should I get AEM to match my gauges I already have or should I go Defi since it will match better to the Meth gauge?

Thank you I appreciate it.

Sorry for the first pages of replies being a little confusing. To keep all my build info in the front I am just wiping out my old replies and replacing them with the latest pictures etc. I unfortunately did not reserve a bunch of spots in the beginning.

Nice! Did you decide on the gauges yet? Defi or AEM?

I think I'm going with AEM. Keep it all looking uniform even though the meth gauge will be different.

Take a picture please after install. I was looking at it on their website, but they don't have a pic of it installed in a car.

Thank you.
