Haha. Yeah this might be a little more difficult that I thought. I'm thinking of using weather packs between the bottom of the back seat cover and the fuel pump. This will allow me to remove the pump harness easily. I'll throw up a diagram later.

I knew I should have taken my electrical classes more seriously. It probably is much easier than how I'm making it out to be.

Grimmspeed 38mm EWG and up pipe ordered along with the second DW300 fuel pump to go into the hanger.

I'm waiting on a few parts to finish up my wiring of the hanger, looks really clean to me. I've decided to hard wire both pumps independently and use two relays versus sharing a single line from the battery and sharing a relay. This will be a big step up in quality versus how the pump is hard wired now. Kind of a mess and ashamed to post picks lol.

So nothing can be easy. I installed my two 10 gauge wires from the battery to the pump location to prepare for the next few weeks when I finally do the swap. I'm trying to plan ahead by checking the wires from the level indicator and the temperature sensor.

The wires are Blue, White w black stripe for the float level and yellow with green stripe and black for the fuel temperature sensor. I follow them up to the plug outside of the fuel pump cover and the Blue wire disappears.

Where the freak did this line go? I was really trying to avoid having to splice wires between the cover and the fuel pump hanger. Leaving all splicing on the outside.

Anyone have any idea?

Never mind. I think I figured it out. The blue wire connects to the level sensor on the driver side.

Looks like I will need to splice that one line. Dammit.

Diagram on the way for you! Should of found it the first time, it was in Powertrain management for the fuel system. In 06 STI the fuel system is in its own category. Same with most other cars.

Oh we'll you got it now =)

Yeah I really don't go WOT too often on the street. I noticed I was hitting high boost on the highway which is where I normally would go WOT. I seriously only see high teens on the road if I punch it for short bursts.
