Yea thats weird. All the pics work for me know. huh.

Anyways, car is looking good. Very clean and looking like it's going to be pretty fast. I'm curious what kind of numbers you are going to get.

Thank you! I get tuned this Sunday. Mikey says it should be around 550whp. I'm not going to hold him to it though. Whatever it makes it makes. Fuel is my limiter right now. People are making 600-700 whp on this turbo right now but they also have 2000 injectors and dual pumps etc.

I'm going to see what I can make on my current setup and then in the future I will be upgrading my fuel system. The car is always evolving

I wish. I have been having fuel pump problems for the past few weeks. I'm starting to learn that my wiring job was really bad in the beginning. I would think I fixed one thing and then something would happen. Spent this morning hooking up my DCCD Pro up an finally got it working and then my pump died. Checked all my wiring and drove myself nuts. Took the pump out, tested it and did some new soldering. When I finally had everything back together again I tried to crank the car to find I had killed the battery.

Luckily I have a neighbor with a charger. While I waited for him to come home to help me out I decided to solder all my connections and get rid of all the crimp connections. I do have crimped quick disconnects for the relay and FPC. It makes it easier for me to take the FPC out as needed and to be able to hook the fuel pump up for 100% flow if something goes wrong with the FPC. One day I may swap these for weather pack connectors which I will then use solder on those.

The car is finally running again though. I have another Walbro 400 on order for a back up just in case.

Lesson of the day, just solder as many connection as possible.

Tuning began this morning. We were able to do sbout five pulls until the fuel pump would not flow enough fuel to keep the pressures up. It was determined that the pump was on its way out. Thank god I was able to still drive it home which was an hour away.

I just happened to order a new Walbro400 E85 on Friday for a Saturday delivery. I brought all my tools to fix the car if something happened except for the damn spare pump.

New pump is installed and took the pump for a test. Fuel pressure was able to hit 100 psi. I'm at a 65 base pressure. Yes that is too high and could be the cause of the problems. I now have the pressure reduced to 48 psi. That is as low as it will go.

I will be going back down to meet Mikey this evening to wrap up my tune.

456 whp 434 TQ using Airboy to calculate. The gains are nice and feel amazing. My 1200's are unable to supply enough fuel to keep going. Looks like 2000's will be in my future to push this huge turbo. Gains up top compared to older graphs are very nice though. Slight shift of about 500 rpms to the right up to about 5250 RPM but then after that the car keeps going and climbs in power and tq. Ill post a graph soon.
