Default HELPP problems with cobb ap

I just got an accessport for my 06 wrx from another nasioc member and i was reflashing to stage 1 and the screen turned black in the middle of reflash. so i turned the car off and then the screen turned back on and stated it went into recovery mode do to failed attempt. So i go to uninstall but it cant communicate with the car and every time i turn it to the on position the accessport turns off so can somebody please help me out! i was thinking my battery is low on power if i have some body give me a jump would that work?

Sorry for the troubles you've been having.

It could be there is a problem with the AccessPORT or OBD cable. If you have another car, I would try plugging the AccessPORT in (don't actually do anything) just to see if the screen remains on. If it does, then it is either your OBD port that has a problem or it is a low battery (or other electrical issue). If that is the case, then you can put it on a trickle charger. If all else fails, give our tech support guys a call: 866-922-3059
