Default Over boosting?

Just installed invidia catted Downpipe, perrin catback and aem CAI, flashed to stage 2 aem 93. The car runs great! I have seen over 20 psi, but I didn't capture it. Here are a couple of logs. I didn't pull to redline though, there is a 19.62 psi at 3464 rpm. See if you guys see any problems. Thanks.

If you can do so safely, try a log in 3rd gear wide open throttle run from around 2500 to near redline. That will give a better picture of boost control.

Keep in mind that you can sometimes see a boost spike by going WOT in 4th/5th where it may be more appropriate to downshift.

I'm having the same problems, i have a CAI and catless TBE and with the stage 2 LWG map i'm hitting 18 19 20 psi in 3rd gear and up. Are there any solutions to this?

Yeah post up a log so Cobb can make recommendations since its THEIR tune, and they would know better how to instruct you. Honestly if its holding that amount of boost on the LWG map it wont be able to be tuned out. They will probably instruct you to replace the boost tube with the restricter pill of the correct size, or adjust the WG actuator arm.

The 2008+ cars really can have a hard time with boost control on catless setups and it only gets worse with an intake. They just flow tons of air, or enough so that it can overpower the boost control system. This is somewhat of a mechanical issue and not so much of a tuning issue. We do recommend running the LWG maps if you are continuing to have boost control issues. The other option is to add a cat back into your exhaust system or in extreme cases, try an external wastegate setup and a custom tune.

Just did a dyno, the gain is impressive
But it runs consistently rich during boost. The tunner said it looks ok but could be better. I only see 19+ psi occasionally, it is kind of within the range of boost target. As long as it is not running lean. I am not too worry about it. Will get protune soon though.

Right, I don't go WOT at low rpm. I normally squeeze the throttle during 3rd gear pull, hope I am doing it correctly.
