I like how he threw in at the end 'i promise.'

Whew, good thing he assured you with a promise.

lol he told me nothing and clearly I'm not lifting any dispute.

I'll go ahead and check those "tracking numbers" again......

Scheduled Delivery:
Thursday, 09/15/2011, By End of Day... we'll see what I get

2 weeks after the payment I finally seem to have something on the way. I'm thinking I just won't lift the dispute so it looks bad on his paypal record. You'll get your money back either way right?

If you got the tracking.. He literally shipped in the last 2 days only.. From cincinatti To milwaukee GROUND would be approximately 3 days tops..

I just want to comment on the whole thing. I havent sold much on here but just like everyone else, I started buying and selling with a "0" feedback score. What this guy is doing is wrong and he should refund everyones payment regaurdless. Again this guy deserves what ever punishment is given to him. My suggestion for the future is to ask the seller (if he/she has a low feedback score) several questions from shipping quotes to pics of seller holding an index card next to the product with the date the pic was taken (something I've seen some sellers do recently). You might come of as anal or an annoying buyer, mabey anger the seller alittle, but as long as he/she is willing to communicate through all the questions you should be ok.

Just my 2 cents

Like others have said, I'm glad you guys appear to finally be getting your parts. But, having said that, you should know that nothing will happen to this guy because of what he's doing, even if some of you don't get your parts and are out money. Internet crime is so rampant that law enforcement can only allocate resources to fighting the most serious incidents, and I'm sorry to say that none of these transactions would be considered serious.

I know it's "serious" money to you guys, and it would be to me too. I'm just letting you know the sad truth. This is why buyers should be very careful on any purchase of car parts, and this is why sellers should be willing to go the extra mile to prove they actually have the parts in hand by taking pictures with identifying information on a note card like someone mentioned earlier.

Good luck to any of you that still have missing parts. I hope it works out for you.

Well I got my Sti intake mani in the mail today. Looks good but the shipping package was horriable. He just put it in a box that was to big and shipped it. No packing penuts or anything just and empty box besides the mani. So glad the shipping company did not break anything off. Good luck to everyone else.

If this guy didn't live 5 hours away I would have handled the situation much differently. I wouldn't have said anything to anyone about it. He'll continue doing what he's doing and it won't be the police that eventually deal with him. I agree with that.

Meh. Not to play devil's advocate, but I'm inclined to believe this more of a case of this kid sucking at life than it is him trying to scam people here. Obviously, he has the parts and is sending them, so it wasn't a case of him trying to scam with parts that he never had in the first place.

Again, I'm not defending him and there's no excuse for taking weeks to send people their stuff, but this **** happens when you buy stuff off the internet from random people. People suck.

My guess is he didn't realize how much it cost to ship some of those parts, and balked when he found out. Loser.

I couldn't agree more- He does suck at life.

It's really all the lying he did that caused all these problems. Problems come up- that's life. People don't like to be fed bullsht. Honesty is clearly the best policy.
