Default What's the right oil level?

Ok, so I've seen a lot of threads regarding oil levels, and generally people say that right level should be up to the "F" mark... So my question is: the right level is until down the "circle/hole", half of the "circle/hole" (seems like that's were the full line is) or covering the "circle/hole" completely?

The difference between each of those levels is small, but I'm still wondering which is the right one?

that is perfectly clear to me...just keep it above the 'L' and forget the rest as irrelevant

Well, putting to much oil is also bad for your seals, so is not a matter or just being over "L"...
