I've had the Ganzflow for over a year and I intentionally drive through puddles (it's the kid in me ).

So far, no problems.

I have a COBB intake, (Enters the fender at same place as Ganz and PDM). I did some lapping at shannonville on a very rainy day and hit puddles at failr high speeds at WOT. No problems at all!
though, this is something I DO avoid doing on the street, just in case

Just breaking in the new clutch?

I have the PDM as well, and as the others have pointed out, I've
seen no evidence of water coming in.
