Default How long..?

Should I drive the car normally, so the ECU can "relearn" it's new parameters, after flashing a stage 2 93 OCT map, before I can do some spirited driving..?

This is the great debate, but generally speaking, flash it and go! The car will learn rather quickly and if the tune is proper and conservative, you should not need to wait for too long before getting into it. In fact, the more you get into the loud pedal, the faster the car will "learn." Honestly speaking, you should just be able to install the stage2 map and go!
