They're in Woodbridge NJ. Even if you're an hour or two away like me it is worth the trip to see them... even if its just for a consultation. They're a great bunch of guys and definitely a top tier shop in the area... if not the best when you consider shop performance, communication with the customer, AND customer service.

John just needs to relax before he loses more hair :P lol JK. He runs a tight shop and expects a lot out of his guys but they deliver. I was just telling Anthony on the phone today that my car is running great and he wasn't surprised that it doesn't have any issues.

Just retune and we should definitely be closer to 400whp ^_________^ well I hope so. Maybe we'll add some NOSSSSSSS

Thanks guys for all the support, we are working on improving the business even further. Expect to see some new things from us shortly. Take a look at the Dyno Day pics from yesterday there should be something that stands out (hint). That said we are trying to better ourselves daily both is customer satisfaction and one off innovative parts!

A new kit we are designing!

Awesome, we will be here and we have been doing a few 6-speed swaps lately. The latest was a 2011 WRX w/2011 STI trans, prop-shaft, linkage and shifter, all utilizing the WRX axles and brakes.

akuma motorsports is one of the best shops in the TriState....... I've been to most of them and John and his team have the best customer service and respect for customers. I can say bad experience about others shops but I only have good experiences so far with Akuma. Once my STi is cleaned up I will be back to a tune and more!
Thanks again akuma!

AWDrifter21,

Thank you for the kind words AkumaMotorsports is working to improve our customer service on a daily basis. We are a small shop and try to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. My responsibilities at Akuma are just that, customer service and keeping the forums positive. There is always work to be done when it comes to customer service and we must be our own worst critics to succeed in this business. I am trying to get out to the meets and talk with everyone I can about what they are looking for in a shop. If anyone has any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Correct, this kit is going to be available soon. The one in the picture is actually the beta- tester. The one that will be included in the kit is the smaller version, we are putting together the price list and parts listing this week. I should be able to finalize everything by this weekend.

Top Mount Friendly!

Awesome looking kit! Very clean. I'm sure many guys who are stage 2 would like this kit to get rid of that 2500rpm-3000rpm stumble.

Yes sir. It(with a interpolating of the 2 tables) will 100% eliminate the stumble. They will be stocked and launching VERY soon!!

Dave will have a full price list, pics, and breakdown of the parts before Monday...all in its own thread. The kit is killer!! FPR/Lines/Bracket!! 1 hour install!!

The beta tester will chime in as well.
