Default Wetsanding and Polishing

Im about to wetsand my bumper I just sprayed with three coats of clear. Im planning on 2000 grit. But my question is whats the most simple way to polish it (by hand) afterwards? I need a product I can buy locally. Thanks!

I want to make this as fast as possible with a decent outcome. The rest of my car paint isnt perfectly smooth but looks like a little less than par factory type orange peel finish so I just want a similar result.

Unfortunately even after sanding with paper as fine as 2000, you are going to need to use a machine on it to bring the gloss back. Most polishes that can be used by hand only remove 3000 grit or finer sand scratches.
Beg, borrow or rent a decent polisher and do it that way. I've always polished with the 3M ceramic based compounds followed by their machine polishes on the paint jobs that I've done.
