Default Weird Paint Problem on 2013?

Hey guys,
So i've had my 2013 STi for about 2 weeks now and got it fully detailed last week. The paint felt amazing and it was washed on Friday but the wheels weren't done well so I re washed it myself yesterday as I have many times with my old car. The only thing that I did differently was try using a leaf blower to help dry it but after I was done I painted my intercooler and noticed afterwards (about 2 hours after wash) that the paint was very rough. This was literally all over the car so I used some quick detailer and that seems to make it better but now it is kind of sticker underneath the door handles and I can't get that feeling out. Do any of you know what could have caused this?

Sounds like overspray on your paint. Clay bar it and see if it goes away

Yea, nothing you did other than the painting is out of the ordinary. Sounds like paint got onto your finish

This. The amount of time it took you to mask everything off properly, you could have removed the intercooler. Hopefully everything works out though.
