Default No ignition power?

I drive a 93 wrx.

I sent my ECU away for a robs tune. And I pulled my dash and replaced my heater core.
I don't have signal lights, fog lights and I'm not getting fuel. I'm thinking that I'm not getting power to my ignition.
Does anybody have an under dash wiring diagram, or anything to help! Pictures or anything!
I've been with my car for a month now? Maybe someone knows where the power is given to the ecu?
Thanks!

Ohh, well if so, if the chip was in the wrong way, it won't show check engine light or oil light, and wont start. happened when i installed my chip.
I popped it out carefully and put it in the other way. Fired up like a charm.

Yeah I have my ecu in. I tried flipping the chip around. A relay flicks on and off, and every time it clicks the cel goes on and off and the oil light too.
Really really frustrated right now!.

Mine did exactly that when my ecu took a crap. I had to put the chip in a spare ecu I had.

But check and be sure you plugged everything back in first and put all the ground wires back on and all the fuses are good. Then check your powers and grounds at the ecu.

Your problem sounds like a loose pin on the ECU chip, or a corrupt chip (I once had a chip that was working suddenly get corrupted as I was driving the car, it only ever happened once, but it's a possibility).

Reconnect resistor J1 on the ECU to at least verify that the ECU is fine (this disables the chip). If the car starts successfully, disconnect the resistor and use a multimeter to test each leg of the socket for proper connection to the board/no short circuits between pins. If these are fine, then the next possibility is to swap chips.
