Sorry for the confusion. It is called "Tip-in Enrichment Compensation (Boost Error)" in the newer versions of the AccessTUNER software. They are also not the same units. 0 in the old software is equivalent to -100% in the new software.

What vehicle/year do you have? What is the exact name of the table you found?

ATR will only open maps for the specific vehicle it is designed for, which is listed in the title bar of the application when you have it running (ex. "AccessTUNER Race 2002-2003 USDM Impreza WRX"). Make sure you are not opening maps from another vehicle. Also note that ATR will also not open protuned maps even if they are the same vehicle. You should, however, be able to open any map for your vehicle and year that is found at the cobbtuning.com site.

2002 WRX wagon. USDM ATR. when i attempt to load either a v300 map or a v130 map w/ launch control added, it states "unable to load map file. invalid base map file, please verify vehicle and vendor of file. i'm gonna try to delete and re download the file and see if it will recognize the map then. and the table is fuel tables: Tip-in enrichment.

"Tip-in Enrichment" is the base tip-in enrichment pulse-width based on the throttle delta. The table "Tip-in Enrichment Compensation (Boost Error)" determines compensation applied to "Tip-in Enrichment" based on boost error (target boost - actual boost). The other tip-in enrichment compensation tables are also applied to determine the final tip-in enrichment. The boost error compensation table is the table that is the equivalent of the fuel inj. boost error trim table in the older software.

Make sure you are downloading maps from the 02-03 WRX link in the AccessPORT version 2.0 section here:
http://www.cobbtuning.com/info/?ID=3061

EDIT: Another possibility is that you have an older version of ATR before LC/FFS was released. These older versions will not open the v300 and later maps. It sounds like you have the version with the auto-updater, so go to Help -> Updates -> Check for Updates to update to the newer software that will open v300 and later maps.

Hope this helps!

Bill

Bill you are the man! thanx! i deleted my ATR and re-applied, then installed the newest version. all problems solved. on the old version there was only a single tip in table, so no BET adj. now i have them all. i cant believe how many new parameters there are to play with!
